I got this for one of my friends since she has lots of lower back soreness from her extracurricular activities and also from work, and we also use it at the studio we work at together so it was a perfect Christmas present for her. Always a good product and helps all of our clients!

This product did not reduce the pain level in my lower back at all. It was no better than a Salonpas patch. Yes, it had a cooling sensation but the product did not impact pain level .

I have tried many products in the past to no avail - leading to taking pain meds to manage. I tried NERVE from my friend Doug with no expectation of a positive result. I do not understand how it works so quickly or thoroughly but it does. I was aching when lying in bed and applied with immediate results and no oral meds. Im just about finished with my first bottle. I feel it has given me some relief but I have not used it consistently to be 100% certain.. it goes on smoothly and application is easy. There’s initial relief of pain due to the ingredients absorbing into the skin, but the relief is not long lasting. It could be the type of injury I’m dealing with or the cream. Time will tell, but I’ll continue your use

My personal trainer gave me some NERVE to help with my sore back. It's
the best product I have ever used and my back gets better surprisingly fast.
The menthol in the product is extremely soothing and provides some immediate relief.

If you truly have insomnia, this will not help you sleep. That being said, their other product a topical for pain relief works much better than I expected.

I have been dealing with sciatica and pain that goes from the base of my spine across my glute and into my hip. A friend recommended this product and I was a bit skeptical. It hasn't, of course, eliminated my problem, but I do find that it gives me a great deal of relief! I have pain that spreads over a somewhat large area, so I am worried that I will use the cream up fast, and it is somewhat costly.-BUT- I have only been using it for a couple of days and am really finding it provides relief! Great product.
