Guardian Angel

Protector. Defender. Warrior. AKA: Your immune system. It’s easy to take your immune system for granted as it’s always there when you need it, automatically on call…until its not.

And when it’s not, trouble arises. From headaches, to anxiety, insomnia, to disease. Your immune system is indeed your ultimate defender. So it’s time you do your part and defend it!

3 Ways to have a PRō Immune System:

1. Homeostasis

Disease doesn’t just befall. Its a result of your body being out of balance constantly. Not being in the optimal state it so craves- homeostasis. When you're not in balance you’re re more susceptible to the common cold, to gaining weight, to insomnia, and the list goes on. The system that regulates balance is the Endocannabinoid system (ECS). Ensuring that you are not cannabinoid deficient is key, hence why quality CBD (cannabinoid) is great to bolster your ECS.

2) Problem - Free Philosophy

Hakuna Matata. sing it with us…” Hakuna Matataaa"…. ha! That only works for  warthogs, we know. But here’s a helpful tip: Integrating adaptogens into your diet and supplementation is key. Adaptogens have been used for thousands of years and are more than buzzy ingredients that you have recently heard of in cute coffee shops. They help our body deal with stressors of all kinds, whether physical, biological, or chemical. They ultimately help our body deal with stress and bring us back to the middle (hey, homeostasis!)

3) Sleep…while you’re ALIVE!

Needing only 4- 5 hours of sleep a night used to be a badge of honor in the workplace;  However, research has shown that sleep deprivation can lead to  health complications.* We will keep it simple: Your immune system needs sleep! 7 hours at the very least, up to 9 hours,  is key for a healthy system….  and to live your days well!
